Two-zone grinding wheels

DERKOM+KLEIN offers a wide range of two-zone grinding wheels for processing sheet and plate material. These sanding discs are characterized by the fact that sanding and finishing are carried out in a single operation. The attached flexible outer zone gives the ground surface of the workpiece/blade a direct surface finish in a single pass, resulting in very high corrosion resistance. The use of two-zone sanding discs can effectively reduce time and sanding costs.

At DERKOM+KLEIN, we manufacture two-zone grinding wheels with a diameter of 175 mm to 710 mm, individually adapted to customer requirements.

The outer zone is manufactured in a width of 5 – 6 mm as standard.
